Where is your Dongguan packaging factory? Can I visit?
Our factory is located in Anzhen Science Park, Chang'an Town, Dongguan, Guangdong — about 30 minutes from Shenzhen Bao'an. You are welcome to book an on-site visit to see the presses, workshops and sample room, or join a live video audit remotely.
What products do you make?
We specialize in custom folding cartons, rigid gift boxes, paper bags, hang tags and jewelry display cards, with in-house material, structure, sizing and finishing advice — a true one-stop packaging and printing factory in Dongguan.
What is the minimum order quantity? Can I test with a small order?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs. For new product launches and smaller brands we recommend starting with a physical sample (3–5 days) and then a small trial order before scaling, so you never tie up capital in excess stock.
Do you charge for samples? How long do they take?
Samples take 3–5 days. We charge US$20–50 for regular samples and refund the fee once you place a production order. Express samples with specialty finishes such as spot colors or foil are quoted separately.
How far is the factory from Shenzhen and Guangzhou?
The factory is in Chang'an, Dongguan, close to Shenzhen and the G15 expressway to Guangzhou. Deliveries within the Pearl River Delta arrive the same or next day, and worldwide shipments go by sea, air or DDP door-to-door.
