Send us your design file or physical sample and we will arrange a free sample for your confirmation. Sample fees vary by process and material, and are usually deducted from your bulk order once confirmed. Samples let you directly evaluate color, material, structure and finish. Quotes are free, and sample pricing is transparent, so you can estimate how much custom packaging will cost before committing to bulk production.

Yes. Zhengyang's OEM/ODM process has 5 stages: (1) requirement review and feasibility assessment, (2) sampling in 3–8 days, (3) mass production in 10–25 days, (4) ISO 9001-governed quality inspection, (5) DDP or FOB logistics to destination. Customization covers dimensions, materials, structural design, print finishes (foil stamping, spot UV, embossing, lamination) and packaging format. As a private label packaging manufacturer, we keep your branding on every box, bag and card — customers see your brand, not ours.

Standard orders take 7–15 working days with a 100% on-time delivery rate, and rush orders can be expedited. Zhengyang is located in Chang'an Town, Dongguan, Guangdong — the heart of China's printing and packaging industry, about 50 km from Shenzhen Yantian Port and 40 km from Shekou Port. This enables fast sea freight to North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, with paper, ink and auxiliary materials sourced the same day. We support FOB, CIF and DDP door-to-door shipping options worldwide.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means Zhengyang handles all shipping, export/import customs clearance, duties and taxes from our factory in China to your designated address — you simply sign for the goods. Unlike FOB where buyers arrange ocean freight and port-side processes, DDP lets overseas buyers receive shipments with zero customs hassle. We partner with experienced international logistics providers covering North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, with full tracking throughout.

We accept T/T wire transfer. New clients generally pay 30% deposit + 70% before shipment. Flexible payment terms can be discussed for long-term partners based on cooperation history.

We operate a three-layer QC system: IQC incoming material inspection, IPQC in-process patrol inspection and FQC finished-goods full inspection. Professional color management and dimension checking equipment ensure every batch is consistent in color, size and quality, with ΔE≤2 color accuracy.
