Materials
Corrugated Cardboard
Corrugated cardboard is durable, lightweight, and cost-effective, making it ideal for shipping and protecting products from damage during transit.
Single Face (A, C, E, F Flutes)
This consists of one sheet of flat paper (liner) adhered to a corrugated sheet (fluting). It is often used for wrapping and cushioning products.
Single Wall (Double Face) (A, B, C, E, F Flutes)
This has one layer of fluting sandwiched between two sheets of liner. It is the most common type of corrugated cardboard and is used for shipping boxes.
Double Wall (BC-Flute, AC-Flute, EB-Flute)
This consists of two layers of fluting with three sheets of liner. It is sturdier than single wall and is used for heavier items or products that require extra protection.
Triple Wall
This has three layers of fluting and four sheets of liner. It is extremely strong and is often used for industrial packaging or for very heavy items.
Quad Wall
Similar to triple wall but with four layers of fluting. It provides maximum strength and protection and is used for heavy-duty applications.
Honeycomb
This is a special type of corrugated cardboard with a honeycomb structure in the fluting. It is extremely strong and lightweight and is used for protective packaging and load-bearing applications.
Rigid paperboard
Rigid paperboard, often used for luxury and premium packaging, comes in various styles. Each style of rigid paperboard box offers different aesthetic and functional benefits and can be chosen based on the product, branding, and customer experience you want to achieve.
Two-Piece Boxes (Rigid Set-Up Boxes)
Two-Piece Boxes (Rigid Set-Up Boxes) consists of a separate lid and base. The base holds the product, and the lid covers it. This style is popular for gift boxes and high-end product packaging.
Book-Style Boxes (Hinged Lid Boxes)
Similar to two-piece boxes, but the lid is attached to the base with a hinge, usually made of paper or fabric. It opens like a book and is often used for luxury products, presentation kits, and promotional packaging.
Collapsible/Foldable Rigid Boxes

Similar to shoulder boxes, but the neck is an extension of the base that the lid fits over. The neck can be the same or a contrasting color and is used for added aesthetic appeal.
Round or Cylindrical Boxes

Triangular Boxes
