Shipping Cartons (RSC)
Regular slotted containers sized to the product, with your marks, barcodes and handling symbols printed directly on the board.
Printed Mailer Boxes
Die-cut mailers with a tear strip or tuck front, litho-laminated for photographic print quality on the outside.
Corrugated Inserts & Fitments
Die-cut dividers, corner pads and fitments that hold the product in place and replace loose void fill.
Flute, Board Grade and Compression Strength
Flute profile decides the balance between stacking strength and internal space. E flute gives a thin, printable board for retail mailers, B flute suits general shipping, and BC double wall carries heavier loads or longer container journeys.
We size the carton from your product dimensions plus the cushioning you plan to use, then confirm the pallet footprint so cases stack without overhang.
Print Methods for Corrugated
Flexo printing puts one to three solid colours directly on kraft board — economical and scuff-resistant for shipping cases. Litho-laminated covers give photographic quality for mailer boxes and retail packaging.
Digital short runs are available for samples, seasonal editions and test markets where a printing plate is not justified.
Testing, Packing and Delivery
Before mass production we check board grade, creasing, die-cut accuracy and print registration, and confirm bursting and drop performance on a pre-production sample.
Cartons ship flat in bundles, banded and palletised to your container plan. Samples take 3–5 working days and bulk production 10–15 working days.

What is the MOQ for custom corrugated cartons?
MOQ is 500 pcs per size for flexo-printed cartons. Smaller trial quantities are possible with digital print; ask us to quote the quantity you need.
Can you match the carton size we already use?
Yes. Send the inner dimensions or an existing sample; we rebuild the die line, check the fit against your product and confirm with a white sample before printing.
Do you supply inserts to protect the product inside?
Yes. We make die-cut corrugated dividers, corner pads and fitments, and can combine them with EVA foam or molded pulp when extra protection is needed.
