Paper Labels
Coated and uncoated paper facestock for cartons, bottles and bags — the economical choice for shorter product life cycles.
Film Labels (PP / PET)
Water-, oil- and rub-resistant synthetic film for cosmetics, household chemicals, chilled storage and outdoor use.
Specialty & Security Labels
Hot-foil, holographic, void and booklet labels for authentication, promotions and multi-language product information.
Substrate, Adhesive and Finish
Every label is a three-layer decision: facestock, adhesive and liner. We match coated paper for crisp barcode scanning, PP film for shower gels and household cleaners, and PET for high-temperature or chemical contact. Adhesives are selected for the surface — glass, HDPE, PP, lacquered board or curved bottles — and for the temperature the pack meets in transit.
Finishing follows the same logic. Gloss lamination sharpens photographic images, matte lamination keeps a soft-touch premium feel, and spot UV or hot foil draws the eye to a logo without raising the cost of the whole run.
Where Our Labels Are Used
Food and beverage: ingredient and allergen panels, best-before dates and barcode labels on bottles, jars and pouches.
Cosmetics and personal care: small-format labels on serums and creams, where print quality and adhesive performance decide the shelf impression.
Electronics and logistics: rating plates, serial-number labels, carton shipping labels and variable-data barcodes printed in sequence.
Quality Control and Delivery
Each run is checked for colour against the approved proof, die-cut registration, adhesive tack and barcode grade before packing. Rolls are wound at the core size and direction your applicator requires.
Artwork is pre-flighted for bleed, minimum type size and barcode quiet zones, and a digital or physical proof is approved before mass production. Samples take 3–5 working days and bulk orders 7–15 working days.
Sticker Label FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity for custom sticker labels?
MOQ is 500 pcs per design. Mixed designs can share one run when the total quantity meets the MOQ, which keeps sampling costs low for new SKUs.
Can you print variable data such as serial numbers or QR codes?
Yes. We print sequential numbers, batch codes, QR codes and variable barcodes on roll or sheet labels, and can follow the data format your ERP or labelling machine expects.
Which file format should I send for label artwork?
A vector PDF or AI file with 3 mm bleed, outlined fonts and the barcode as vector artwork is ideal. If you only have a JPG or PNG, our prepress team can redraw it and send a proof for approval.
