Layout, Paper and Fold
Type size is set so the smallest line stays legible after folding, and margins are kept clear of every fold and stitch line. Paper weight is chosen against the page count: lighter stock for single-panel leaflets, heavier text paper for booklets that will be opened repeatedly.
Common folds include half-fold, tri-fold, gate-fold and roll-fold. We confirm the folded size against your carton inner dimension so the manual drops in without bending.
Language Versions and Compliance Notes
Each language is kept as a separate approved master, so updating one market never disturbs the others. Multi-language booklets combine all required versions in one document when pack space is limited.
We print the safety symbols, warning blocks and barcode or QR codes your market requires, positioned by your artwork team or ours, and return a proof for legal review before production.
Prepress Checks and Delivery
Files are checked for bleed, outlined fonts, image resolution above 300 dpi and correct page order. A printed proof on the production stock is available before the full run.
Manuals are packed in shrink-wrapped bundles or pre-inserted per carton when you need assembly support. Samples take 3–5 working days and bulk production 7–15 working days.

MOQ is 500 pcs per version. Because each language is a separate version, a two-language order can be split into two 500 pcs runs and packed together.
Can you print the manual in several languages?
Yes. We produce separate booklets per language or one combined multi-language booklet, and keep one approved master per version so future revisions stay isolated.
Can manuals be folded to fit our packaging?
Yes. Send the carton inner dimensions and the fold you prefer; we set the finished size, confirm with a white sample, and deliver folded or flat as required.
