A visit is the fastest way to check a packaging supplier: you see the presses that will print your job, the QC records behind the last thousand cartons, and the people who will answer your emails. The sections below set out exactly what is in the building and what we will show you, so you can compare the tour against the quotation you were given.
Tours run during working hours, Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:30 Beijing time. Tell us your product type, order volume and the processes you care about when you book, and we will schedule the visit around the machines that will actually run your work.
Workshop layout: one 5,000 m² building in Chang'an, Dongguan
- Address: No.4 Guang'an Road, Zhen'an Science Park, Chang'an Town, Dongguan, Guangdong — 40–50 km from Yantian Port and Shekou Port in Shenzhen.
- Roughly 5,000 m² under one roof, covering prepress, offset printing, finishing, box forming, the QC lab and the finished-goods warehouse.
- Seven product lines run in parallel on the same floor: colour boxes, gift boxes, hang tags, paper bags, sticker labels, manuals and inserts, and corrugated cartons.
- 70+ employees, split between press operators, die-cutting and finishing crews, QC inspectors and the export sales team.
Equipment list and monthly capacity
Printing equipment
- Heidelberg Speedmaster CD102 five-colour offset press — the main line for CMYK and Pantone spot-colour work.
- Three Komori printing presses — extra offset capacity so parallel jobs do not have to queue behind one another.
- Heidelberg 8-colour UV press, installed in 2023 — built for non-absorbent substrates such as PET, PP and UV-coated stock, with in-line UV varnish, high-gloss lacquer and textured effects.
In-house finishing
Automatic thermal lamination · hot foil stamping · embossing and debossing · spot UV · die-cutting, both platen and rotary · folder gluing · rigid box forming. All of these run in-house, so a job does not leave the building between printing and boxing.

Annual output across all seven lines: 120,000,000+ pieces. Minimum order 500 pcs per design; sampling 3–8 days; mass production 7–15 working days.
Colour and QC lab: ΔE ≤ 2, ± 0.5 mm, five checkpoints per order
- Colour is read on an X-Rite spectrophotometer under D65 illumination, and the instrument is recalibrated against a standard colour patch every day. Batch-to-batch tolerance: ΔE ≤ 2.
- Dimensional tolerance on die-cut box dimensions and insert fit: ± 0.5 mm.
- The instruments and the daily calibration records are both on site — you can ask to see the calibration log during the tour.
Five checkpoints recorded for every order

IQC — incoming material inspection
GSM, caliper, shade and surface tension are checked before board is released to the press.

First-article inspection
The first 50 pieces of every production batch are inspected in full.

In-process patrol
Every 500 sheets are pulled and checked against the colour bar and for registration.

Finished-goods sampling
ISO 2859-1 general inspection level II, at AQL 1.0 or 2.5 as the customer specifies.

Packaging audit
Carton weight, labels and shipping marks are verified against the packing list before the pallets are sealed.
Warehouse and logistics: 40–50 km to Yantian and Shekou
- The factory gate is 40–50 km from Yantian Port and Shekou Port in Shenzhen, so export containers are loaded after a same-province truck run rather than a cross-border leg.
- We quote and ship FOB, CIF and DDP door-to-door. On DDP we handle export and import clearance, duties and taxes to your delivery address.
- We currently serve buyers in 30+ countries, with paper, ink and auxiliary materials sourced locally so a schedule change does not stall a run.
- On-time shipment rate: 100%. The balance is settled before shipment; finished goods are then trucked to port or consolidated for DDP delivery.

- Wang Yuangong, Founder / Factory Manager — 25 years in printing and packaging, and still the final signature on structural and process changes.
- Nicole Mo, Senior Account Manager · Top Sales Performer — one of the first employees at Zhengyang. She runs the full project cycle: packaging design, sampling, production and delivery.
- Vicky Xu, Senior Account Manager — on the founding team with 20+ years in printing and packaging, a regular presence at international trade shows, and host to more than 200 overseas client groups.
- Bonnie Geng, Senior Account Manager · Cross-Functional Coordination — the hub between our internal departments and external suppliers, from materials and scheduling to production and delivery.
- 70+ employees in total: press operators, die-cutting and finishing crews, QC inspectors, export sales and the account managers listed above.
What you will see on the day
- Check the equipment list against the floor: ask to see the Heidelberg CD102 five-colour press, the three Komori presses and the 8-colour UV press installed in 2023, and ask which machine your job will run on.
- Ask for QC records, not just samples: colour measurement logs, first-article sheets and AQL sampling records for the work running on the day of your visit.
- Look at live work in progress: we will pull sheets from orders currently on the press so you can see real artwork, colour and finishing, not only catalogue samples.
- Walk the finishing lines end to end: lamination, foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, die-cutting and folder gluing are all in-house, so you can follow one job from printed sheet to glued box.
- Compare your approved sample with the production sheet: bring your signed sample and put it beside the sheet on the QC bench.
